Client Overview

Mitchell Saum had a content bottleneck: he was too busy to keep recording, and as a result, content production had stalled. The challenge was keeping his socials active even though he had not recorded in months.

What We Did

We built a system that allowed us to keep posting daily videos on his social channels without requiring him to record new content. In the process, we helped save him
5–10 hours per week.

Our Strategy

Our strategy was to remove recording as the bottleneck by researching and using AI tools to generate content that could maintain consistency across his socials.

Instead of pushing him to get back in front of the camera, we took ownership of the problem and tested AI-based content creation tools. We found a solution that let us create AI-generated content realistic enough to blend into his existing content workflow and keep publishing consistently.
The result was a content system that kept his channels active with daily videos, even though he had not recorded in months. It also saved him 5–10 hours every week without him having to lift a finger. One of the strongest proof points was how realistic the AI-generated content became. It was convincing enough that even the editors could not tell it was not the real thing.
This case study shows how the right AI workflow can eliminate content production bottlenecks, save meaningful time each week, and keep a brand posting consistently without relying on constant recording.
