You film. We do the other ninety percent.
You're the writer, the editor, the strategist, the thumbnail guy and the person who remembers to actually post it. That's five jobs, and you were only ever meant to do one of them.
Team-in-a-Box is a full content production team, built around one creator. A researcher, a scriptwriter, an editor, a strategist and a publisher, working on your account rather than on twelve accounts at once. You film yourself and give us about four hours a month. We handle everything before and after the recording. Sold on six-month terms.
What you actually get
Not "content" but a functioning operation, with named roles, running weekly.
Someone whose job is knowing what to make
The hardest part of creating isn't the making, it's the deciding. We run the research loop, covering what's working in your niche, what your audience is asking and which formats are peaking, so you never open the camera without a reason.
Hooks written by people who study hooks
Every video gets a scripted hook and a structure before you record it. We keep a live library of formats that travel, and we write to the one that fits the idea rather than the one we used last week.
Editors on your account, not a queue
Dedicated editors who learn your pacing, your jokes and your face. Retention-first cuts, captions, sound design. Turnaround measured in days rather than "when we get to it."
It goes out whether or not you remember
Scheduling, captions, hashtags, posting windows, repurposing one shoot across platforms. This is the unglamorous compounding work that stops the moment a creator gets busy.
A monthly read on what's actually happening
What broke out and why, what to make more of, what to kill. Plus a standing line to us when something goes viral and you want to move on it that day.
Every video becomes several
One filming session becomes short-form, long-form, carousels and written posts. The point of a team is leverage on your face-time, and your face-time is the scarcest thing you own.
Who this is for, and who it isn't
We'd rather lose the sale than sell you the wrong service, and this one has a hard edge to it.
This is you if…
- You have around 10,000+ engaged followers on at least one platform
- You're already posting consistently, because this scales a habit rather than creating one
- You're comfortable on camera and film yourself
- You're doing every job yourself and it's costing you the thing you're actually good at
- Or a template agency gave you views and no business growth
- You can give ~4 hours a month and commit to a six-month term
This isn't you if…
- You've never been on camera, in which case you want Take One, which is built for exactly that
- You're starting from zero followers and no posting habit
- You need someone to physically show up and film you, since we're remote and there's no crew
- You want ads run, because we're organic only
- You're a business that wants its brand handled rather than a person being scaled, which is Done-For-You
How the month runs
We take over the deciding
Before you touch a camera, we've researched the niche, picked the angles and written the hooks. You get a shot list rather than a blank page.
You film, roughly four hours, batched
One or two sessions a month, in which you talk. That's the entire ask. No crew, no studio, and no scheduling gymnastics.
We build everything around the footage
Editing, captions, thumbnails, repurposing, scheduling. One session becomes a month of output across platforms.
It ships on a schedule you don't have to hold
Publishing happens whether you're travelling, launching, or having a bad week. That continuity is the growth mechanism.
We read the numbers and move
Monthly strategy: what broke out, what to double, what to kill. Plus same-day reaction when something takes off.
What this has produced
Creator accounts we've run. Organic, no ad spend.
Sold on six-month terms. What you pay moves with output volume and how many platforms you're running, so we quote it on the call once we know what you actually need. We sell six months because organic compounds, and a three-month test measures the ramp instead of the result.
Questions
What exactly is Team-in-a-Box?
A full content production team assembled around one creator: researcher, scriptwriter, editor, strategist, publisher. You film yourself, and we do everything before and after. Sold on six-month terms.
How many followers do I need?
Around 10,000 engaged followers on at least one platform. This is a scaling service rather than a launch service, so there has to be a base and a habit for the machine to compound on. If you're at zero, we'll tell you honestly on the call.
Do I have to film myself?
Yes. We're remote and we don't send a crew. This service assumes you're already comfortable on camera. If you're not, and the camera is the actual blocker, then you want Take One instead, which is built to fix precisely that.
How much of my time does this take?
About four hours a month of filming and input. That's the design goal: we want your face-time and your judgement, and nothing else.
I already have an editor. Is this still worth it?
Then one of five seats is filled. Most creators think editing is the bottleneck and it usually isn't, because deciding what to make is the bottleneck. We can work alongside an editor you trust, but research, angle selection and scripting are where the result actually moves.
What happens if I get busy and stop filming?
We keep publishing from the bank, which is what batching exists for. And for what it's worth, one of our clients stopped recording entirely and we kept his channel posting daily video anyway.
Do you guarantee results?
We don't guarantee a follower count, because nobody honest can. What we commit to is output volume and operational consistency, meaning the machine runs, on schedule, every week. That's the thing we control, so that's the thing we'll stand behind.
Not quite it?
Stop being five people
Fifteen minutes. We'll look at what you're already posting and tell you what a team around it would actually change, or tell you it's too early.
